3. Inquiry and Booking Process
Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a binding reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Alma Property S.r.l. by email.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out: by 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation and depend on the specific apartment and booking period. Please contact us for details.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for treating the apartment and its contents with care. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alma Property S.r.l. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the property, except where required by applicable law.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
